Buttermilk Rice Spoon Bread

1 cup cooked rice (brown rice works!)
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 eggs
2 T. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place batter in greased oven-proof dish and bake for 1 hour.
